Cooking skills are valued in Russia very much and almost each woman and even young girls can cook various dishes themselves.
Russian cuisine definition does not include only dishes and food preparation; it is a unique mood which demands special attitude to the process of tasting dishes and of course to people with whom you are enjoying your meals.
